Well done to the frogspawn. Where do the players come from? Are they attached to the French league sides or Catalans? What are the chances of these young players coming through at Catalans into Super League? What danger is there of them disappearing to Union?

yeah,they are the kids from the LER teams academies like Catalan,Toulouse,Lezignan etc against english kids from the likes of the SL feedr clubs like Orrel st James etc

the youth systems are really taking off and most of the kids will play RL with af ew going over to RU which is normal but as the kids come from a RL heartland area they will most likely stick with RL,which is logical with hopefully a few of these eventually playing at the highest level
The future for RL in france is looking very bright at the moment thanks mainly to the iniatives of the FFR13 and especially Nicolas Larrat the president and of course the late Hervé Guiraud who sadly passed away last week.

With only one super league side for them to try and break into, some will undoubtedly be lost to onion. A second super league side in France is needed to step these losses

I think we may well see more french RL players going to England to play in the SL in the future also,especially if there will only be one french team in SL

This would be a big boost for the game, I can't really understand why this doesn't happen more anyway TBH.

because all the quality french guys are entrenched in Perpignan - but more are coming through and I foresee more coming off the production line in a few years time
