I thought it was a try. The ball carrying arm did not hit the floor and so wait for the ref to shout held. That never came so Higham was well within his right to go for the line. I was shocked when it was disallowed.

I was stood right in line with it and was suprised he even went to the screen, I thought it was a try.

I suspect disallowing a try against us last week for a double movement was in the back of Benthams mind tonight. The RFL try not to let the referee ref the same team in consecutive games, perhaps they should have a similar policy on VRs too!
