The problem with Hemmings is that he never says anything interesting about the play, its always 'Leeds have won four on the trot', or 'Wigan have never lost when a number 4 bus passes the ground', or when Sia has a dump just before the match Saints always win'. He is totally appalling.

He also lost his rag when Briers said it was 4 days until Wire had to play Wigan. It was a clever dig by him, but Hemmings had a real tantrum about it.

"Not on my watch" Piggie Cunnigham claimed once, ha ha what's the excuse fattie? other than an a dominant performance from the wire Briers, Hill, Westwood and Hodgson stand out performers for me.

Silverwood was ok. Saints are terrible for hands on the face/head when the player is on the ground, but our high shots were poor execution too. 50/50

I'd agree with that. Last 20 minutes of the first half our tackling got a bit lazy. Second half was spot on.

While we're on refereeing decisions, can anyone tell me why that try from Joel was disallowed by the video ref? I was watching all the replays on Sky and still don't get what was wrong.
