From my sources at work I've been informed that Ainscough has been sacked by Wigan and wont be playing for us (Widnes) on Thurs night. Also been told that he could well be on his way to Leigh along with a loan move for Warrington halfback Craig Harvey.
Funny enough it was Ainscough and Harvey that were fighting in mass punch-up between Wigan and Wire u20's that brought about Ainscough supposed dismissal from Wigan... you lot better hope that they casn find a way to get along.

Think we should stay well away from ainscough if its true about him being sacked. All the talent in the world but seems to have a real attitude problem off the pitch (and from what i've heard about the brawl at the weekend, ON the pitch too!!) I've seen him being a prat around W*gan town centre on more than one night out too.

If w*gan ARE sacking him, it will be with good reason and we should stay clear of him!

Hes one of Hocks mates isnt he? Hes a gud RL player hes fast and knows were the line is. I'm sure we have had 1 or 2 naughty boys in the past and if Basil can't sort him out no one can.

If true, maybe its the kick up the backside he needs, maybe worth a shot on a pay as you play, and get shut quickly if any issues arise.

Wouldn't a SL club like Cas be more likely to take him? A few weeks ago at a LISA meeting Millward said there would be no more signings, what we have got is it for the season.
