| In fact..No doubt the biggest game in Wigan for 24 years!!!!
I simply cannot tell you how much I have waited for this match!
A game in which Wigan could prove to be the best in the world, yet regardless of what the final score will be it will propel the club and the town back into the big time, four stands in a stadium packed with Wiganers willing the team back to the top of the tree in the world!!
A mighty challenge by St George in store no doubt, but let's get out there, every one of us.......let's shout, sing and cheer till we're ho, just like we did in 2006 when the magnificent home fans support increased week on week in times of trouble. Let's go out and prove we truly are the best fans in the game!
Bring it on!!
Wigan till I die!!!!
EDITED - For political correctness within the town.

 Here, Here to that.
I would just "Love it" if we beat them.
I have only just realised that I need to book the Monday off work... because if we win i might end up a bit
Edit... Note to self... Set the Sky+... it may need to be watched a few times just like the Grand Final... 20 times!!!

| We need to make it a hostile atmosphere for the aussies with none of this clapping the other side onto the field business. Yes it may be nice to clap Salford or Catalans onto the pitch knowing full well we're going to thump them and it shows what a respectful bunch of fans we have but we need to be totally one eyed for this game. We're coming up against a formidable side but they're a long way from home and we need to make them aware of that.
If St George win i'll stay to see them lift the trophy and clap them on a lap of honour but they won't be getting a positive churp from me until the 80 minutes are over.
We have to give it to them. Come on Wigan.

| When walking of castlefords ground in 2006.And there fans laughing at us ask if we knew the way to batley..I couldnt have dreamed that we would ever be playing games like this again for a very very very long time.
so much as change since IL took over..were a different club
Dare i say it...was the Semi final lose to Catalans. was the best thing to happen to this club in many many years ? that seems to have been a game to much for Mo and Whelan.

Here here! Constant booing/whistling when they have the ball is whats needed. Every tackle & hit by us should be cheered like a try.

| I'm looking forward to it, really am. But to be completely honest I've found myself feeling increasingly apprehensive about the game itself. St George appear to have had the best build up of any side to come over here for the WCC and with Wayne Bennett in charge they'll be incredibly tough, possibly too tough.
It would be phenomenal if we could pull it off though.
4 times.

Fully agree. We need to make the stadium a steaming hot cauldron of noise and colour. Aussies are not used to hostile crowds singing and chanting....we need to use this to our advantage.

| In 2006 when we lost at Wakefield I never thought that 4 seasons later we would have the an exciting bunch of wigan born players tied down to long term deals, have the most exciting youngester of his generation tied down to a 5 year contract, be superleague champions and be about to play in a WCC.
I cant wait for Sunday.
COME ON WIGAN!!!!

| Think the biggest game in DW/JJB Stadium history was probably either Latics v Chelsea in 2005, or Latics v Man Utd in 2008.

Let's not go down that road yet again. This isn't about the Latics, its about us.
Call it the biggest Wigan RL game in the stadium's history if that will make you happy.
