This is a copy of the unanswered E-mail that I sent to KCFM this evening. I was hoping that you might answer it for me
Firstly I would like to commend whoever is behind our distinct shift in policy as regards our recruitment for 2010 because we are finally bringing exactly what we need in the way of quality players after a succession of very poor recruitment and retention decisions since 2005.
My question is regarding our quota. It seems to be a common opinion among fans that our quota is now full for 2010, firstly is this correct ?? Secondly, if that is the case, it would not only mean the end to our overseas signings for 2010 but it would mean that we are in the ridiculous position that even though Big Sam is getting better and better and showing the potential to become a very very good forward, he has absolutely no possible future at our club ?? Surely this cannot be correct, can it ???

Sorry I didn't get to your e mail. In short the majority of the credit must go to richard for our recruitment.
Secondly no quota not full yet for 2010.

What a completely unprofessional reply, he should have explained why the quota is not full, who is on/off etc.
