Gutted but not surprised. Top metre maker in SL this year. Unplayable at times.

contracted until 2018, balls in fcs' court, i doubt the club would be unwilling to let him go if he wanted to go back, so a nice transfer/compensation fee would be good and used to go out and sign another top class centre/winger

Absolute monster on the pitch and a gentleman off it. Would be sad to see him leave but can't blame him if he fancies going home.

He was destined to go back to the NRL at some point. Just enjoy him while we've got him.
Can see Griffin being one of our wingers in the not too distant future.

Proper quality, and NRL class so not surprised, hopefully if true for this season we can leverage some cash for a decent replacement. Not fit to lace heffernens boots though clearly

I agree. Unfortunately, he's probably too good for Super League. Just shows what a great job Motu has done in recruitment.
I'm sure that I read somewhere that we had trailed him for quite a while before we actually signed him.

I think the same after reading what Pearson had to say.Hope they can keep him but i dont think they will. Whatever happens he has been a star and would not knock him for going home, been well up there has one of our top imports
