How?

the idea is along the right lines, but the execution is rather clunky, if you ask me

I tweeted them and asked if they could expand the section of players apps going back to 1890 etc,and they replied "we are trying,but its a huge job"

I've not tried the mobile site, so that sounds like an improvement..

..but the 'new look' to me looks like a backwards step on what was already there. Bit dull and grey.

Oh well, not really the end of the world!

It works well and the navigation is intuitive and easy - a bit too 'vannilla' though IMO.

Too many links of the new bit you can't right click & open in new window/tab. Not good for the way I tend to attack websites



But worst of all they've STILL got the worst video player ever - surely that was worthy of a priority upgrade. The way it goes back to the start if you try and replay a bit or fast forward is incredibly annoying.

Not sure if any of the core content has been updated - most of it seems familiar. They could do with reviewing (or crowd sourcing I suppose) through the thing as there are plenty of areas with errors/typos/mis-spellings etc. A quick search via Google indicates there are 172 examples of the word "Rhino's" within the domain, a word which with that punctuation is never likely to be appropriate unless it is in a feature relating to Karl Harrison.
