Because I was busy at work last week, I asked my other half to take the season tickets to Saints and fill in the 'what if' forms.

I asked her this morning what do we do next, do we collect hem from Saints or do they post them out?

Der "I don't know, I didn't ask" was the reply



So does anyone know?
last night they announced that they would be [iprocessed[/i today, but what happens next do they post them or do we collect the tickets fron Saints.

With it only being a week away it doesn't allow much margin for error

That is rubbish they are posted out and there is no £5 charge mentioned on the form. It just says the card will be debited with the relevant amount and tickets will be posted out.

Did anyone else email their form over?

Called at the club yesterday and was told the same, advised to collect them on Wednesday.

I was given the option when I took my form up of whether I wanted them posting or if I wished to collect them. I chose collection (didn't fancy trusting Royal Mail) and was also told I could pick them up from Wednesday onwards

Well when I handed my form in at KR I was told they had to be collected unless I paid £5 postage, and in the town centre shop on Saturday was told had to collect them from KR later in the week. So seeing as Ive now been told by two seperate saints employees I'd say thats the official policy?

Totally contradicts what it says on the form then.
