What is wrong with Greenwood as he seems to be wearing a high numbered shirt these days.He is fit as he would not be picked even wearing that number shirt 20 0r was it 21 for the Cas game or is he a bit out of favour with all the latest imports from Salford.I rated him highly so what is the reason for the high numbered shirt.

I said all last year he wasn't good enough. When we all picked our team for 2016 I didn't put him in it either.

He misses to many tackles. He gives silly pens away and he was getting smashed on regular basis. Spent more time being dumped on his bottom than anything as he runs to upright.

Maybe he will improve with age but imo I'll stick by my prediction early last year, he will be playing at leigh within 3 years.

There's more to it than he simply isn't good enough. Let's just say he isn't exactly seeing eye to eye with Cunningham over one or two things at the moment.

Yeah true mate. Our style of play is causing a few murmurs of discontent amongst the players. Not everyone is paying for that opinion with their place in the side though.

Joe Greenwood not good enough at this moment regardless if he fell out with KC or not.

I'd have him in there over LMS personally.

I don't think Greenwood is tough enough. He's getting smashed regular last year but he's defo got bigger pre season

I know what you mean mate. His up right running style opens him up to getting knocked about but at least he runs with purpose and he's also a clever runner in terms of picking his line and hitting a gap. He's also about 10 years younger than LMS and is still a work in progress in many ways whereas LMS should really know better by now.

We don't give quality ball to the likes of Greenwood, Sav and Thompson, its normally a flat attack with these 3 receiving the ball semi static and flat footed or at best a drop off pass which the defence know 9 tens out of 10. It appears KC is de coaching them into a safety first, no risk role, Greenwood and Sav use to have a decent offload but thats disappearing from there game now and that includes Walmsley as well.

I'll never understand picking Richards over Greenwood in any team. Considering last season was Greenwood's first season of playing every week he was fine. He started off very well and faded after his injury but he's a dangerous player on his day and runs good lines. I'd have

Let Wilkin play as a ball playing 13 for 80 and rotate the three second rowers for me.

His not good enough its as simple as that. Runs good lines but his defence isent good enough andhe doesent make enough metres after contact. Often gets dumped on his backside or pushed back.
