On that no try.... Silverwood saw the obstruction but let play go on..... before deciding he saw no try when going to video ref. Surely as he called no Try he saw obstruction earlier in the play so why did he not call a penalty then??? If Leeds were to get tackled it would have been play on Leeds.

Should have been a try. Yes Watkins went through the line but obstructed no one. Tompkins went out of his way to milk it and video ref fell for it. Very little different than the Cas try against Leeds a few weeks ago and that was given, they may as well just toss a coin than have video ref.

Joel Tomkins is to one side of Kallum Watkins. The lead runner makes no contact with him, yet he just stops and throws his hands up when he realises he's made a bad read and is out of position.

2014 that is undoubtedly an obstruction, no question. 2015, under the interpretation as I understand it, it blatantly isn't.
