| Hard to think of one isn't it?
Hull FC dependent upon Mark Minichiello, Francis Pritchard and others
Warrington dependent upon Christopher Sandow, Kurtis Gidley
Catalans Dragons dependent upon Todd Carney, David Taylor, and Glenn Stewart
St. Helens dependent upon Theodore Fages and Lucas Walsh
Possibly only Wigan and Widnes, maybe, could win without their foreign stars.

| From the outside Hanbury always seems an integral part of the Widnes team although Brown is the main man.
Humouring the troll for a moment, generally the overseas players ought to be the best at the club so it's no suprise they are usually the key individuals.

| We have a really strong squad, and whilst part of that is our foreign stars, our key players are actually English: Shaul, Sneyd, Houghton, Taylor. In response to the comment we 'couldn't win without our foreign stars', here is the team that ended Warrington's perfect start to the season:
Hull FC: Shaul; Lancaster, Michaels, Yeaman, Naughton; Abdull, Sneyd; Watts, Houghton, Bowden, Ellis, Hadley, Washbrook.
Replacements: Taylor, Paleaaesina, Green, Turgut.

| Warrington's perfect start? It's been far from that! Some very iffy performances, but none quite as bad as Friday night!

That's not thet eam that played last Friday night. It is hard to imagine Hull FC winning that game without Minichiello and Pritchard

He was referring to the Easter Monday game, you were 7/7 before that.
Hull are far stronger for having the imports available, but if you took them all out we could field a team of:
Shaul
Lancaster, Yeaman, Logan, Naughton
Pryce, Sneyd
Watts, Houghton, Taylor
Ellis, Hadley
Washbrook
Bowden, Green, Thompson, Turgut
Not a bad side at all.

| This thread is just nonsense.
If clubs are allowed a certain number of overseas players then, most (if not all) will be pretty close to their full allocation.
Although there are some excellent English/ French players, NONE of the SL clubs could play without their overseas "stars" on a regular basis.

| Despite the obvious trolling nature of the OP I'll give this one a go.
This year our most important players have been IMO in performace/impact order - and by this I don't mean who is the best player we have, that for me is Johnstone - but winger IMHO is not and never will be a key position.
1: Moore
2: Jowitt
3: England
4: Miller
5: Johnstone
6: Finn
7: Sio
8: Kirmond
9: Scruton
10: Ashurst
So only two of those are foriegn and neither are in the top 3 IMHO. Of those two only miller fall into the dependant catagory and that is purely because we only have two H/B's at the club, so ditto Finn.
Our superstar NRL signing Athony Topou has been very ordinary and certainly isn't vital.

| I would imagine Wigan would be least affected, their pivots are English (Tomkins, Smith, Williams, McIllorum) and I don't see any of their Australians as key players.

| I'd probably say Wigan.
At Leeds before last season when Cuthbertson played so well we had a few like Leuluai, Delaney etc. who were good squad players but not key players. Going back a few years prior to that we then did have the likes of Webb and Lauitiiti during the hat-trick era of '07-'09.
Would point out now though Mitch Garbutt, although playing in a struggling team is still averaging almost 130m per game which is slightly better than Chris Hill and better than the likes of Walmsley, Dave Taylor, Scott Taylor. In a stronger performing team that didn't spend so much time defending and conceding he could be doing even higher numbers.

Shouldn't that be Markus?

| The answer is quite clearly Leeds. We've barely used our foreign players to win at all this season...
