This. He was a cheeky cheap punt that didn't quite work out. It didn't really cost us anything. It's not like we signed him to replace Briers.

Unlike, say, Bailey, who was also a punt, but came with both age and bagage. Tommy Lineham got pally with him, and we saw how his season went after that.

I'd be up for a similar sort of Wheeler-type punt again if it came up. Sometimes they work out sometimes they don't.
