| After a few laughs from Saints fans at the naming of our stadium. Word has it that their stadium name could change to the Totally Wicked Stadium
after the electric cigarette firm.
The Saints fans are going to start sounding really trendy:
"Is the match home or away?"
"It's at the Totally Wicked Stadium init"
"Is dat West Side of de tescos mi man?"
"Boo-yaka mi mate"
I wonder if they'll have some Brixton/South London type person shouting "WICKED' on their sound system when they score a try.
The players could also get Ali G type tracksuits in red and white to promote their new image. They could get a regular house DJ in
for the pre-match entertainment and you can picture their elderly supporters brake dancing and doing finger clicks whilst wearing red and white
rasterfarian type hats. And Kieran Cunningham rapping his post match interviews.
They could have their scoreboard lit using the ends of electronic ciggies as the round lit dots.
Looking forward to next season, it's not going to be good, it's gonna be TOTALLY WICKED Innit.

| Most clubs' grounds' sponsors have parafanaila relating to the name around the stadium. So how far will Totally Wicked go in relation to this
If it gets the go ahead? Totally Wicked says to me, like I'm sure many others, 'a trying to be cool south London hip attitude'. So are your fans going to embrace
this? Me thinks not.
My post is supposed to be a bit obsurd because that's the obsurd position your club is putting your fans in. Every saints fan I've spoken to absolutely hates
the idea and believe it will totally undermine the traditions of the club. The naming of the stadium to ''totally wicked stadium' feels totally wrong in that it is culturaly out of place. Funny though.

| Yeah, seems like it's going ahead. They've secured the website names for totallywickedstadium. We've had a 'Totally Wicked North Stand' for a while now, so no surprises that it's happening. It's not a very classy name, but it could be worse. It's certainly less embarrassing than 'Mend a hose Jungle'. Warrington will also be in a similar position when the Halliwell Jones deal ends. It's not like many companies will be queueing up to sponsor a stadium in this day and age.
Only potential problem for Saints and this deal is that it's soon going to be illegal to use the name on TV, which kind of makes it silly to sponsor it when the main source of publicity cannot use the name.

It's not a great name but I don't see the big fuss tbh. If it's a good deal for the club and they offer the best deal for the club then I'm happy.
To fans, it's just a game we love but to the owners it's about being winners on the field and off. If things ain't right off the field then it's never going to be great on it.
Money talks.

I'll be hugely surprised if Emirates don't bid for naming rights. ....Whether it's the fly Emirates stadium rather than just the Emirates like nals stadium.but I fancy we'll do better than most clubs.....

| The name is so ridiculous that it's kind of amazing, and I can't figure out if I'm jealous.
I do think the flying biscuit's idea of the 'Emirates Like Arsenal's Stadium' is pretty catchy too, though .

Oh you definitely will be when Saints announce not only this news, but the signing of Tommy Lee as well. Tommy Lee at Saints, and you lot are stuck with Daryl Clark
We're off to Keiron's promised land

| I believe the rights are up in 2017, it would be a small amount of money for Emirates compared to other big sponsorship deals they have.
They have 3 stadium/ground sponsorship's at the moment Emirates Stadium, Emirates Durham International Cricket Ground, and Emirates Old Trafford.
