Dudson in if Eric banned and Mossop still injured??
Roberts in to add some spark to our three quarter??
Any thoughts?

dudson had a massive 4nations so its hard to understand why he hasn't had a chance yet.
if Roberts is half as good as before the injury then no doubt put him at 7 and let tommy rotate with micky mac.

Mossop should be back next week.

yeah hes played half back before i am sure of it, plus its not a great deal with finch in the halfs gets to have hes runs and touch of the ball, where else would he play if he is in form? cant see him getting in the , wing or fullback plus it allowed tommy to have more time at hooker instead of shuffling sean around.

He's played Stand Off in the NRL.

No point bringing in a player out of position when we have Mellor & Powell waiting ready.

To add to what I've put on the rumour thread;

I've been TOLD (not confirmed I know, but I thought you'd all like to know the suggestion) that Fielden won't play again. He will retire.
And worries that Moose will need an op on the ankle after injections in the week.

Time will tell I suppose.

Dudson is behind Spencer, Crosby and Burke in the pecking order, or at least he should be based on performances.

He was brought in to the roosters to play 6 by Fittler, I remember reading this somewhere, but they soon found out he was cack in the halves so they moved him to his original position, wing. If Pat can't kick I'd consider giving Roberts a go on the left. I know there tends to be a massive love in surrounding Richards but without his kicking he offers very little to me.

I would think Spencer will get the chance in Lauaki's expected absence. As for added zip in the threequarter line, it's not needed IMO. Although I do hope to see Russel feature again for us this year, on a fairly regular basis.

Interesting RE Dudson, not seen or heard much about him, never the less he is a work in progress who will in time come good.
