All the signs (apart from the performance on the pitch, and what's right for the club) suggest that he will be staying.
If he left, I'd love to Wayne Bennett, but that won't happen in a million years. If Wigan fail to reach Wembley, Noble may come available and I would be happy with him at the helm. If not, it looks like the only other choice would be McNamara or Jon Sharp, may the gods forbid.

An overseas coach would need a visa, so you wouldn't see them this season.
Can't think of any likely British coaches either. The only one who is available and has been successful in SL is Ellery Hanley?

I know for a fact that any new addition brought to the club for next season is Agars doing and that the board are currently giving him their full support.
If they had any thoughts of getting rid of him why would the board be bringing in recommendations of a coach on borrowed time.

Just a few ideas off the top of my head that I'm sure will re-affirm to most of you what an idiot I am. Although I don't entirely blame Agar for our predicament, I don't think he can solve it either. This indicates to me that there has to be a chance for any success to be achieved. In no particular order...

Bradley Clyde (Legend, attract top signings and would take no )

Royce Simmons (Didn't have a chance last time, never forget his marathons)

Gary Freeman (Great tactician on the field, I think he's looking for a post)
Shaun Edwards (Really successful in union with unorthodox methods)
Tony Rea (Always impressed with his analysis)
Ellery Hanley (Legend, disciplinarian, would attract good signings)

Adrian Lam (Halfback coach)
